 Boarding fees are due upon arrival and can be paid by cash or bank transfer. The fee covers the hay, vegetables, bedding ,and dedicated care. All prices are charged per night. 

Boarding prices may be subject to periodic adjustments due to factors such as inflation, operational costs, and enhancements to our services. We are committed to providing the very best customer experience and will always strive to offer exceptional care and value to you and your pets.  

 If your return from holiday is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. Should your pet need to stay with us longer, additional charges will apply for the extra days 

 We do not offer refunds for early pick-ups or shortened stays. 

While Whiskers and Furries Hotel makes every effort to provide a safe environment, we cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries or damage to property, including vehicles, that may occur on our premises, unless caused by our negligence or intentional misconduct. 

 All pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before boarding. We are happy to administer any necessary medication during your pet’s stay. 

We are unable to board pets who meet the following criteria:

• Have had a general anaesthetic within the past 7 days
• Are suffering from a serious medical condition, illness, injury, or any contagious disease 
•  Who have an active EC (E. cuniculi) infection 
•  Arrive with medication, an illness, or a recent wound that has not been disclosed to us in advance. 
•  Whose vaccinations are set to expire during their stay. 

Cats from the same household will be accommodated in the same chalet unless we receive written instructions requesting separate boarding. 

 All cats attending Whiskers and Furries Hotel must be brought onto the premises in a secure, appropriate cat carrier. Cats carried by hand or on leads will not be accepted. 

If we need to cancel your booking due to reasons such as your pets arriving in poor health, being too unwell to stay with us even after seeing a vet, not meeting our vaccination policy, failure to disclose important information before arrival, or any other issue that is your responsibility, any payments made will be non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future dates. This is because, at such short notice, we are unable to offer the booking to another customer.  

Whiskers and Furries Hotel cannot take responsibility for any unexpected pet pregnancies, as all animals are housed separately unless you have specifically requested otherwise.  

 Please note: Whiskers and Furries Hotel cannot accept any responsibility in the event that your pet becomes ill or passes away. All pets are boarded entirely at the owner's own risk. 

To uphold our high standards, certain conditions apply when accepting your pet for a stay at Whiskers and Furries Hotel. They form a key part of our agreement with you and help ensure the safety and well-being of all cats and small animals  in our care.
